Mary-Lou is Green for Retail CEO and Senior Consultant as well as a Director and Co-founder of Ecospecifier Pty Ltd, Global GreenTag® Pty Ltd and the Managing Director of Integreco Pty Ltd. Mary-Lou has a passion for working with the planet. A qualified teacher and Certificate IV qualified workplace trainer, she was also founder of the South Gippsland Environment Education Centre. She has consulted to various local government and community groups in the creation of their own 'Centres for Sustainability'.

She has worked for public and government organisations in areas of education, marketing and project consultancy, including engagements with Brisbane City Council, Queensland Department of Natural Resources and Environment, ANZ, Australia Post, National Australia Bank, Woolworths, AMP, Shell and CSR.

David Baggs
Project Director
David is Green for Retail Consulting Director and also CEO and Technical Director and Co-founder of Ecospecifier Pty Ltd, Global GreenTagCertTM* Program Director and President of ALCAS- the Australian Life Cycle Assessment Society He is a multi-award winning chartered architect, sustainability, energy-efficiency, eco-materials and life cycle analysis (LCA) consultant with over 30 years experience in sustainability and materials technology.

David was responsible for the integrated and F&B Packaging Strategy for the Sydney 2000 Green Olympics Sydney SuperDome (now Acer Arena) as well as being the Sustainability, Energy, LCA and NGO Liaison for 9 other Sydney 2000 Venues. He was recently responsible for the development of a Sustainable Materials Strategy for Colonial First State Asset Management Group Retail Division and development and delivery of a 2 day RDM 'sustainable materials in retail' training program. He is an experienced trainer and presenter in green procurement and sustainable design and materials across all sectors.

Angela Johnstone
Project Manager and Environmental Management Systems Consultant
Angela is Green for Retail Project Manager and EMS consultant, she is a management specialist with a Bachelor of Environmental Science and Arts, a Diploma in Innovation Management and is a qualified as a RABQSA Quality Management Systems Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 trained in developing, implementing and maintaining ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems by SAI Global. Angela also holds Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety and St John Occupational First Aid.

She has held positions as Environment and Quality Manager with a major waste/recycling company, developing and implementing a certified, integrated Management System for ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 and as Researcher and Laboratory Manager at the Environmental Biotechnology Cooperative Research Centre.

Tony Hill
Retail Sustainability & Energy Audit Senior Consultant
Tony Hill is a retail sustainability expert with considerable executive experience across a diverse portfolio, including environment, facilities and energy management. Tony has held roles within Australia's largest retail organisations as head of Energy, Operations, Store Development, and Sustainability teams. His strengths span across strategic business development, strategy planning and change management, environmental corporate risk, and energy cost reduction and procurement.

Tony is best known for developing retail roadmaps to manage carbon risk. Recently, Tony was engaged by an ASX-listed supermarket retailer to report directly to the CEO and develop a 5-year sustainability and energy strategy.
